Terms of Services

We provide a range of creative services, which may include but are not limited to branding, logo design, web design, strategy, digital assets and consultation. The exact scopes, deliverables, and timeline of each project will be clearly outlined in a project proposal, estimates, or agreement before any work begins.

Payments and Invoicing

All services will start smoothly and flawlessly when it comes to payments. Most projects require a non-refundable advance payment, typically 50% to 60%, before we begin. The remaining balance is due upon final delivery of assets or completion of the project. For larger or long-term projects, milestone-based payments may be set as outlined in the proposal. Payments are accepted via UPI, bank transfer, or our agreed methods. Late payment terms result in delayed deliverables. In case of any concern of issues, we address disputes promptly and clear communication ensures easy billing operations.

Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel or end our service after final delivery of assets, ensuring both parties formally agree with clear communication. If you terminate a project before completion, you are responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of termination. Any advance payments made are non-refundable. Hashtag Media Ads may also terminate a project if there is a breach of contract, failure to provide necessary resources or information, or non-payment. Any work and intellectual property delivered until termination remains with us.

• You may discontinue at any given time
• You will be invoiced for any work done prior to the date of termination
• We will not hold rights to your final given products post termination

Confidentiality

To operate efficiently and deliver the best service possible, we occasionally use third-party tools such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, project management platforms, email service providers, and secure payment gateways. These tools may process limited service data on our behalf. However, we ensure that any third-party tools we use are reputable, secure, and fully compliant with privacy regulations. They strictly process data as necessary for our services, and they are contractually obligated to protect it and not use it for outside purposes.
